Goose between the 11th and 14th of November
In November we are celebrating the typically Skånish “Mårtens Afton” when goose is typically eaten. It is going to be, and we’re not ashamed to boast, the best goose in the whole of Skåne! We start on “Mårtens Afton” on the 10th November, and we'll serve goose until the 14th of November. Svartsoppa (a soup made from goose-blood), goose with accessories and applecake as dessert, all made from recipies from grandmother Maria. If you don't wish to have the Svartsoppa, we ll serve a wonderful shrimp-soup as an alternative.425:-/person
